Objective and Scope
The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted to look into complaints lodged by students, parents, faculty, and other stakeholders, ensuring a fair, impartial, and timely resolution of all grievances. Our goal is to maintain a harmonious educational environment free from discrimination and unfair treatment.
Areas of Grievance
Academic Matters
Examination, evaluation, and academic standards.
Financial Matters
Fee payments, refunds, and scholarship issues.
Administrative Matters
Administrative decisions and disciplinary actions.
Infrastructure
Issues related to clinical facilities, labs, and campus maintenance.
Grievance Submission Procedure
- Formal Submission: Submit a written application detailing the complaint and desired remedy.
- Submission Point: Applications should be submitted to the Nodal Officer or dropped in the designated Grievance Box.
- Confidentiality: All grievances are handled with strict confidentiality to protect the interests of the stakeholders.
