Our Commitment to Safety

In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and UGC regulations, the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) at Jharkhand College of Nursing and Professional Education is dedicated to providing a secure and supportive environment for all students and staff. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment or discrimination.

Prevention & Awareness

The ICC conducts regular sensitization programs and workshops to educate the campus community about gender equality and the importance of a respectful workplace culture.

Timely Redressal

We ensure that every complaint is handled with extreme sensitivity, complete confidentiality, and within the prescribed statutory timelines to provide fair justice.

How to File a Complaint

Any aggrieved person can approach the committee through the following professional steps:

Formal Application: A written complaint can be submitted directly to the Presiding Officer or any member of the ICC.
Digital Submission: Complaints can be sent via the official email address with relevant details.
Confidential Meeting: The committee provides a safe space for the aggrieved party to share their concerns before a formal inquiry begins.
