Quality Mandate
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at the Jharkhand College of Nursing and Professional Education (JCNPE) was established to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution. Our primary aim is to promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
Academic Monitoring
We facilitate periodic internal audits of teaching-learning processes and learning outcomes to ensure they align with the latest nursing and professional education standards.
Stakeholder Feedback
The IQAC oversees a structured feedback mechanism from students, parents, and alumni to identify areas for improvement and implement constructive changes.
Professional Growth
We encourage and organize faculty development programs, seminars, and workshops to keep our educators abreast of modern clinical practices and pedagogical innovations.
