In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, JCNPE is committed to providing a workspace and study environment free from sexual harassment. The committee aims to foster an atmosphere where every individual—student or staff—is treated with dignity and respect.

Prevention & Education

We organize regular sensitization programs and workshops to educate the campus community on gender equality and behavioral boundaries.

Confidential Redressal

The committee ensures a fair and time-bound inquiry process for all complaints, maintaining absolute confidentiality for all parties involved.
