Jharkhand College of Nursing and Professional Education (JCNPE) upholds the values of the Right to Information Act, 2005. We believe that an informed public is the foundation of a democratic institution. To facilitate the timely retrieval of institutional information, we have designated a Nodal Officer responsible for overseeing RTI-related inquiries and ensuring they are handled according to statutory timelines.
The Nodal Officer acts as the central point for receiving and coordinating responses to RTI applications. Their primary focus is to ensure that information is provided in accordance with the legal provisions while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive institutional data.
Citizens can submit their RTI applications in writing or via official email. Applications should clearly state the information required and be accompanied by the prescribed fee as per the RTI rules.
